Agentra provides AI-powered automation systems designed to respond to leads, book appointments, and support business growth across messaging channels such as WhatsApp.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, and ensuring your use of our systems complies with applicable laws and platform policies, including the terms of any third-party messaging providers.

Fees for our services are agreed upon before onboarding. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has begun. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

All software, workflows, branding, and materials created by Agentra remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You retain ownership of your own business data and content.

Agentra provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Either party may terminate the engagement with reasonable notice as outlined in your service agreement. Upon termination, access to automation systems and related services may be discontinued.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
